At Pearl Majesty Hair, we’re committed to ensuring your order is processed and dispatched as efficiently as possible.



Processing Times

  • In-stock orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 24 hours of being received.

 

  • Pre-orders will be shipped around the estimated dispatch date. Your dispatch date will be shown on the product page, basket and at checkout- please keep note of this. 

 

  • The shipping timeframe chosen is applied once the courier has possession of your package.

 

  • Orders placed over weekends or UK holidays will be processed on the next working day.

 

  • If you need your order to arrive by a certain date, please note this in the comment section at checkout. We will try our best to meet your request. 

 

 

International Shipping

Pearl Majesty ships internationally to selected destinations. All international orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom.

  • Custom Duties & Taxes Included

Pearl Majesty is committed to providing a seamless delivery experience with all duties and taxes prepaid where applicable.


  • Delivery & Refused Shipments

If a shipment is refused, unclaimed or not accepted by the customer and is returned to us, any handling or return shipping fees will be deducted.


  • Delivery Timeframes

International delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to customs clearance, courier delays or local regulations. Pearl Majesty is not responsible for delays once dispatched.


  • Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for delayed, lost or returned parcels due to incorrect or incomplete address details. Please contact the courier as soon as possible if you need your address changed/ redirected.

  • We offer a range of delivery options to suit your needs, including standard, tracked, and express shipping.
  • You’ll be able to select your preferred option at checkout.
  • All shipping services are tracked and will require a signature. 




Shipping Costs/ fees 


  • UK standard shipping is free on all hair extensions orders.

 

  • International: standard shipping is free on hair extensions orders over £400. 



Tracking


  • A shipping confirmation email, including your tracking number, will be sent once your order has been fulfilled.
