Return Policy
Returns & exchange cancellation policy
All returns & exchange must be made through the designated portal here.
You have 30 days to return your items from the date received, any items returned back to us outside of the returns period will be refused and a handing charge will be issued by the courier.
Eligibility for return & exchange:
1.Original packaging must be intact, including any gift box and attached tags.
2. Any included gifts must be returned; otherwise, the refund may be adjusted accordingly.
3. Sale items are nonreturnable for refunds but can be converted to store credit.
4. Customised items cannot be refunded or exchanged due to their personalised nature.
When a return may be refused:
Items must be returned in their original condition to qualify for a refund. Any signs of wear, damage, or alteration may result in refusal of the return and return of the item to you which we have the right to do.
If a return is made outside of the 30 day window, it will be refused.
Shipping return process:
3.1 Any courier fees and costs must be covered by the customer for return
3.2 Once we have received your return for either refund or exchange, items will undergo a thorough inspection to make sure eligibility is met.
Refund process:
A refund will be issued back to the original card used for purchase unless store credit is selected
Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to process and appear in your bank account.
Cancellations:
Cancellations are only possible if your order has not yet been fulfilled (packed and prepared for shipping). Please reach out to orders@pearlmajesty.co.uk promptly to request a cancellation. If eligible, a full refund will be issued to your original bank account.
Exchange:
Exchanges are acceptable for the same product or a different product available from our store. If there is a difference, it will be refunded or given you the option to pay.
